We're here to support each other on our individual health and fitness plans. We all have different goals and different reasons. The community is for: * people who are wanting to eat more healthily / live more healthily / lose weight / exercise more... (you get the idea), but don't want to get drawn in to the diet industry machine. * posting about anything relating to this: ideas, plans, musings, recipes, successes, whinges, helpful resources, links, rants, showing off, requests for help/hugs/magic vitamin-packed chocolate... whatever
This is a limited community set up for use by an existing social group: it is not an open community. You must already be on a moderators friendlist or a friend of a member to join.
